Operations Manager
Vivid Hair & Beauty is a Richmond Hill salon known for premium hair services across every hair type, plus an integrated TopScalp scalp care clinic. Built on over 40 years of master-stylist experience, we have spent years building a loyal local client base — and now we are growing into the salon we always wanted to be. We are looking for an Operations Manager to run the day to day so our founders can focus on craft and care.
What you will own
- Bookings, reception, and the full client experience from arrival to checkout
- Staff scheduling, support, and onboarding for new hires
- CRM management — keeping client records useful, not just full
- Day-to-day Instagram (posting, replies, DMs) — content direction provided
- Invoicing, daily reconciliation, and basic operational reporting
- Driving the rebooking rate at checkout — one of your key metrics
You are a fit if you have
- 3+ years managing a salon, spa, clinic, or premium service business
- Fluent English (Korean is a plus, not required)
- Comfort with booking and CRM systems — we use Velvet Studio CRM
- A warm, calm presence with both clients and team
- Genuine interest in beauty, hair, or scalp care (you do not need to cut hair)

Senior Stylist
Built on over 40 years of master-stylist experience, with an integrated TopScalp-certified scalp care clinic. We work with every hair type — Asian, European, mixed. We are the salon clients come to when they want both expertise and warmth. We are looking for a Senior Stylist to grow with us as we expand into a fully staffed premium salon.
What you will do
- Cut, colour, perm, and style across diverse hair types and clients
- Build and maintain a strong personal client base — supported by our existing book and CRM
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality experience that earns rebookings
- Optionally train in TopScalp scalp care
- Mentor junior stylists as the team grows
You are a fit if you have
- A current Canadian hairstyling licence
- 5+ years of professional experience behind the chair
- Demonstrated work across multiple hair types (Asian, European, mixed) — bring your portfolio
- Strong cut and colour fundamentals
- A genuine interest in continuing to grow your craft

Stylist
We are looking for a Stylist with a few years of experience under their belt, ready to take their craft to the next level alongside one of the most experienced stylists in the GTA.
What you will do
- Cut, colour, and style across a diverse client base
- Work directly with our lead stylist during your first weeks — our training is hands-on
- Build your personal client book, supported by our existing client base
- Train in scalp care — a specialty that is rare in Canada
You are a fit if you have
- A current Canadian hairstyling licence
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Strong fundamentals you are ready to deepen
- Openness to mentorship — this is a place to grow, not coast
