Operations Manager (Full-Time)
Vivid Hair & Beauty is a Richmond Hill salon known for premium hair services across every hair type, plus an integrated TopScalp scalp care clinic. Built on over 40 years of master-stylist experience, we’ve spent years building a loyal local client base — and now we’re growing into the salon we’ve always wanted to be.
We’re looking for an Operations Manager to run the day-to-day so our founders can focus on what they do best — craft and care.
What you’ll own
- Bookings, reception, and the full client experience from arrival to checkout
- Staff scheduling, support, and onboarding for new hires
- CRM management — keeping client records useful, not just full
- Day-to-day Instagram (posting, replies, DMs) — content direction provided
- Invoicing, daily reconciliation, and basic operational reporting
- Driving rebooking rate at checkout — one of your key performance metrics
You’re a fit if you have
- 3+ years managing a salon, spa, clinic, or premium service business
- Fluent English (Korean is a plus, not required)
- Comfort with booking and CRM systems — we use Velvet Studio CRM
- A warm, calm presence with both clients and team
- Genuine interest in beauty, hair, or scalp care (you don’t need to cut hair)
Bonus
- Hands-on experience running Instagram for a brand or business
- Background in hair, beauty, or skincare industry

Senior Stylist (Full-Time)
Vivid Hair & Beauty is a Richmond Hill salon built on over 40 years of master-stylist experience, with an integrated TopScalp-certified scalp care clinic. We work with every hair type — Asian, European, mixed. We’re the salon clients come to when they want both expertise and warmth.
We’re looking for a Senior Stylist to join our team and grow with us as we expand into a fully-staffed premium salon.
What you’ll do
- Cut, color, perm, and style across diverse hair types and clients
- Build and maintain a strong personal client base — supported by our existing book and CRM
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality experience that earns rebookings
- Optionally train in TopScalp scalp care
- Mentor junior stylists as the team grows
You’re a fit if you have
- A current Canadian hairstyling license
- 5+ years of professional experience behind the chair
- Demonstrated work across multiple hair types (Asian, European, mixed) — bring your portfolio
- Strong cut and color fundamentals
- A genuine interest in continuing to grow your craft, not just keep it

Stylist (Full-Time)
Vivid Hair & Beauty is a Richmond Hill salon built on 40+ years of master-stylist experience, with an integrated TopScalp-certified scalp care clinic. We serve clients across every hair type and offer scalp services that most salons can’t match.
We’re looking for a Stylist with a few years of experience under their belt, ready to take their craft to the next level alongside one of the most experienced stylists in the GTA.
What you’ll do
- Cut, color, and style across a diverse client base
- Work directly with our lead stylist during your first weeks — our training program is hands-on and built for real growth
- Build your personal client book, supported by our existing client base
- Train in scalp care program training — adding a specialty rare in Canada
You’re a fit if you have
- A current Canadian hairstyling license
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Strong fundamentals you’re ready to deepen
- Openness to mentorship — this is a place to grow, not coast
- Interest in scalp care as part of your career path
